    innov8design will shortly be in possession of an Epson Stylus 2100 A3 printer. This means that printing costs will fall rapidly, as almost all jobs can now be done in-house.

    Street Photography Now is a Flickr-based photo project attempting to get more people interested and actively participating in street photography. Each week, a well-known street photographer issues a brief, or ‘instruction’ to members of that week’s Flickr group.

    Whilst at work experience with A2Z Computing Ltd, I was put in contact with the owner of a newly refurbished restaurant in the centre of Newport called Da Vinci’s. They wanted a new menu designing and printing (as they only had one copy of their menu to pass around to customers and times were getting desperate). So I created a classic design taking into consideration the colour scheme of the restaurant’s decor.

One day, I walked in with a camera and they asked if I was a photographer and if I would like to undertake a photo and video project for their new-look website.

    The days are counting down until Kodak shut down the processing labs for the legendary Kodachrome colour slide film. I sent off my last roll of KR64 earlier this week and should get it back mid-December at the latest. So what have I learnt in my relatively short time shooting Kodachrome?
